Went to the craft store today for a new hammer. Ended up at Home Depot instead.

Though it's just one day, I hope that today is a step in the right direction for our nation. I hope we can all learn to cherish life and all its nuances. I hope we will teach our children compassion, tolerance and fairness. I hope we can lay aside pride, hate, and violence. I hope we can learn to open our minds. I hope we can accept love of all forms. I hope we can remember what we were taught in kindergarten:
